Leonardo Max Gen2 Direct Expansion Units (50 – 140kW)
Uniflair are delighted to have launched their 2nd generation Leonardo Max DX range with great success at Data Centre World in London this March.
Three versions are available; air-cooled with remote external air cooled condenser and refrigerant piperuns of up to 100m, water-cooled with integral condenser water cooled plate heat exchanger, and energy saving water-cooled version with integral free-cooling coil. This latest generation increases the cooling capacity up to 140kW at Eurovent conditions and even higher when operating at ASHRAE recommended elevated temperatures.
Six capacity sizes are all available in downflow or upflow configuration, all with ultra lightweight and efficient radical composite EC fans located either integral to the unit or within a separate fan deck for location within a raised floor, meaning the Leonardo range offers complete flexibility suitable for any airflow configuration. The Gen 2 Leonardo units now provide up to 43% more capacity from the same footprint with integral fans, or 112% more capacity with a separate fan deck.
Reliability, energy efficiency and maximising cooling output from minimal footprint are three of the key drivers in the development of these latest units, and to that end are available with either traditional on/off compressors or inverter scroll compressors for a 30% increase in efficiency, and which also allow control on the supply air temperature.
All units are available with the usual array of features you’ve come to expect from Uniflair including energy monitoring and metering, electronic expansion valves, integral 7” touchscreen control panel and a variety of advanced network control options.
