FAIR PRACTICES
The United Nations Global Compact emphasizes four subjects – Human Rights, Labor, Environment and Anti-Corruption. At TECNASA, we have adopted these matters in our Code of Ethics and Conduct to be part of a community of business leaders that encourage innovation and promote public-private partnerships in favor of sustainable development, sharing experiences and learning with companies and organizations of the same orientation. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
In TECNASA we seek to create a network of technology professionals through the inclusion of interns in the workplace, with the aim of acquiring experience and learning by offering them the opportunity to work in a leading company in technological solutions and business innovation.
We focus on promoting the inclusion of young professionals in all work areas of TECNASA, so that they apply their knowledge, develop their skills and gain experience in the workplace of their choice.
+WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY
In our region, only 30% of technical career students are women, and approximately only 10% conclude these studies. At TECNASA, we strongly believe that diversity in the workforce contributes to creativity, productivity and personal and collective innovation.
Through the + MET (Spanish Acronym) initiative, we seek to increase the percentage of women graduated in technological careers, providing them with job opportunities in the technology industry. With awareness campaigns, testimonials from technical women, internship programs and technical-practical training for students, we will have the best talent available in the region, regardless of gender.
STEAM
In TECNASA we use the STEAM concept as a starting point to build educational experiences that integrate technology and engineering with art. We seek to think outside the box to solve the complexity of real problems appealing to systematization, collaboration and creativity awareness.
Our STEAM project aims to develop knowledge and innovation capacity through the use of applied creativity, stimulating teamwork and professional empowerment of the entire TECNASA Force. The STEAM 2018 work entitled “Source of light, knowledge and energy” is system that integrates quality, experience, planning and art with technological solutions, talent and TECNASA’s commitment to global transformation
MICROENTERPRISE
From artists and artisans to micro farmers, at TECNASA we believe in sustainable development and the opportunity that this economy offers the population to create decent jobs and combat the social problems of our region.
With the aim of promoting micro entrepreneurship, we annually support entrepreneurs in our region.
